Four stages of demolition projects

Design

We will draw up design documentation for the work and prepare all of the documents needed to obtain a demolition permit.

Preparation

We will prepare the site for the demolition operations by installing fencing on the site, arranging for surveillance, disconnecting utilities, and carrying out other preparatory and dismantling work.

Demolition

Demolition of the building / construction work. Our demolition team is made up of trained specialists who use modern equipment.

Waste management

We will collect all of the waste generated and construction materials left over from the demolition work and send them on for recovery. We respect and protect the environment!

Waste management

All recyclable and reusable construction waste resulting from our demolition operations will be recycled. This minimises our environmental impact and maximises the value we create for our customers. After the demolition of a building, we will recycle the construction waste generated based on the properties of the waste. We are able to efficiently separate the different types of waste produced by demolition and have set ourselves a target of recycling 90% of it.
